Small, but well arranged menu. Also the wine list. 3 courses menu prepared by 2 young talented cooks. Very relaxed atmosphere created by an attentive and helpful service. All at reasonable prices. Come and see by yourself, you&#39;ll enjoy it as we did.

L'instinct Gourmand

Dining at La Souris d&rsquo;Agneau was an unforgettable experience. The ambiance, the friendly service, and the excellent dishes made for a delightful evening. Even the price was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend the restaurant to everyone.

The hotel is very warm, the hotel is very excellent, the restaurant is spiced but always balanced. We have met new tastes. We will come back with pleasure to explore the map!

Nice restaurant, but they did not honor the 20% discount that was agreed with my reservation because I was having a lamb dish due to the current cost od lamb. While I can understand the matter, they should then not participate in the FORK offers, because it is not fair with the customer.

Staff nice. We waited a little too much for us. I was not so delighted by the choucroute seafood. The terrasse is really nice also. So it is ok for us but not that great.

Nice neighborhood feel to the place. The duck breast was good though the spuma of roasted corn accompanying it wasn&rsquo;t the best.

Really lovely evening. Seated outdoors we got there early but no problem. Our man recommended a muscadet to start us off and then we were treated to some outstanding local offerings, including veal fillet, duck and sea bass. Beautiful flavours. The amuse bouche and the liquorice flavoured sorbet were superb as were the chocolate fondants. Superb restaurant and very reasonably priced.

The food was truly a culinary delight.  The chef graciously modified each course I chose to be gluten free and each course was delicious.  The ingredients are fresh and his flavor combinations sublime.  So for all celiacs visiting Nantes, don&rsquo;t hesitate to eat here.  Fantastic food, wonderful service and a safe place to dine.
